How to fix if Samsung laptop keyboard is not working?

Check the LED light of the keyboard If the LED light is not glowing, take your laptop and charger to a nearby service center. Otherwise, continue with the following recommendations.

Note: Some laptop models may not have this feature.

Restart your laptop and check whether the keyboard is working fine.

Path:- Go to Control panel > hardware and sound > device manager > keyboard > updating driver software

Check the keys functionality by typing one by one on notepad.

Check the 'Fn Lock'

Check the 'Num Lock'

Some keys are Intermittent operation: -

1.      Any key Hard to press

2.      Any key consciously pressed

3.      Some keys are while pressing not reflected.

Open a notepad (windows button + R = RUN command to type notepad and then press enter notepad will be open) then press the Alphabet key and Number keys to check one by one.

If still issue occurs. Kindly visit at your nearest service center.
