What is magic rotation in Samsung Monitors?

Magic Rotation is a software from samsung electronics that lets you rotate the picture displayed on your monitor from 0 to 270 degrees in 90 degrees increments and lets you easily switch between landscape and potrait mode.

This feature is more useful  while giving a presentation where potrait mode is preferred. Magic rotation is in use without a software in few samsung monitors which comes with auto pivot technology.
