Opening the locked door when the tub is filled with water.

You cannot open the door when the water is still in the washing machine. When the tub is filled with water, the washing machine automatically locks the door for Safety Reasons.

[Solution]

If you want to open the door during the washing cycle, press ‘Stop’ Button. If the tub is full of water or too hot, it will remain locked for a while for your safety. In this situation, do not force to open the door.

The door may be locked for two reasons:

● The water is too hot inside the washing machine

● Water remains in the washer.

You must:

● Wait until the unit cools down.

● Select ‘Spin Only’ to drain the water.
