How to prevent low cooling issue in Samsung Side by Side & French Door refrigerators?

Most cooling concerns of your refrigerators can be avoided by proper usage care.
Try these tips if your refrigerator is not cooling to its optimum capacity.
Set the correct temperature settings
Set the temperature on the display panel as per the season.
Temperature modes.

Select the correct mode as per requirement
Modes | Information | How to set |

Normal | Normal mode is the default mode that provides optimal cooling in the fridge and the freezer. You can regulate the temperature with the fridge & freezer buttons as per your need. | Press the Freezer button to set the freezer temperature between -15℃ and -23℃. Press the Fridge button to set the fridge temperature between 1℃ and 7℃. |
Seasonal | In seasonal mode, the freezer section can be turned off and only the fridge section stays active. | Press and hold the Freezer Convert button for 3 seconds to enter the selection mode. Then, press the Freezer Convert button and select Off. |
Extra Fridge | With the extra fridge mode, you can convert the freezer into a fridge and get more storage space. | Press and hold the Freezer Convert button for 3 seconds to enter the selection mode. The freezer compartment will convert into fridge and it’ll maintain the cooling selected for the fridge. |

Check the placement of refrigerator
Always keep the refrigerator away from direct sunlight. Leave enough space around the refrigerator for proper air circulation.
Allow sufficient space around the refrigerator for proper air circulation. Ensure that there is a minimum of 300 mm of free space at the sides, 150mm free space at the back of the unit and at least 300mm at the top.
Check the food placement
Organise the food items in a manner that there is space left between them. Avoid stacking at the inside back wall of the refrigerator as it obstructs the air flow to the bottom shelves.
Do not use shelf covers as it may block air circulation.
Do not keep hot food inside the refrigerator. It should be cooled to room temperature before refrigeration.
Do not open the refrigerator door frequently
Make sure the refrigerator door is properly closed and is not opened frequently. This will prevent warm air from entering the refrigerator.
Clean the refrigerator regularly
Remove all the items and clean the inside of the refrigerator with a soft cloth.
Let it run empty for a few hours, allowing cool air to circulate throughout the refrigerator.
Note: Make sure to turn the refrigerator OFF before performing this action.
Check power fluctuation
Power fluctuations can also cause low cooling inside the refrigerator.
