Family Hub: LCD linear line defect

It occurs when Linear line appears on Touch control panel. To resolve, Please follow below mentioned steps:

Change the screen by touching any Icon.

Reset the touch control panel

If Linear line remains, LCD should be replaced. RaiseOnline Service Request for Engineer Visit.
Raise online service request through Request Service option at Support -> Your Service (Top right of Page)
