Compare Galaxy S6 camera with Galaxy S7 Edge camera

As Dual photodiode is applied to the camera, pixel size is larger and the number of pixels is reduced. However, previous Galaxy S6’s camera supports 5312 X 2988 of 16:9 ratio with 16M pixels and Galaxy S7 Edge supports 4032 X 3024 of 4:3 ratio with 12M pixels. Even though number of pixels is reduced, detailed expression of camera is equal to or more level as it maintains each pixel’s horizontal line number. 
 

Rather, because Galaxy S7 Edge applies the new lens and dual photo-diode sensor, more bright and clear images with less noise can be taken.
