Galaxy Buds: Why Search Earbud through 'Find my earbud' is not working?

The "Find My Earbuds" function might not operate correctly if foreign objects infiltrate the lens of the IR (Infrared) sensor. In this scenario, the beeping sound will not be emitted. Additionally, the following IR sensor-related features might also become non-functional:
- Automatic Muting when removing Earbuds from the ears
- Touchpad functionality when wearing Earbuds
- Should these issues arise with your Galaxy Buds, promptly visit an Authorized Samsung Service Center along with your device. Professionals will examine your device to determine if there are any underlying problems.
