Galaxy Note 9: Why Ear speaker not working during the phone calls?

Please follow the steps listed below:

•   If the proximity sensor is obstructed during a call, reduce the volume of the upper speaker for hearing protection.

•   If you are not putting your phone in your ear, make sure the proximity sensor on the left side of the upper speaker is not covered.
