Galaxy TAB S4: How to clear App Cache and Data?

Navigate to Apps screen > Tap Settings > Tap Apps > Tap Samsung Notes > Tap Storage > Tap CLEAR CACHE > Tap CLEAR DATA > Tap DELETE

From a Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.

Tap Settings.

Tap Apps.

Tap the desired app.For this example, swipe to and touch Samsung Notes.

Tap Storage.

To delete temporary files, Tap CLEAR CACHE.

To factory reset the app, Tap CLEAR DATA.

Review the information provided and then Tap DELETE.

Note: If an app is not responding, or if there is an app you want to factory reset without uninstalling it, you can clear the app data. Clearing app data can also free up memory space on your tablet.
