How to enable download manager application in Samsung smartphones?

Steps for Android OS Version 10 and 11

Go to Settings > Apps then Tap on Sort button

Enable Show System App

Search for Download Manager.

Tap on Enable.
Steps for Android OS Version 6.0+ (Marshmallow) and above

Open Settings from app screen.

Tap on Apps.

Tap on three dots on the top right corner of the screen.

Select Show System Apps.

Search for Download Manager.

Tap on Enable.
Steps for Android OS Version 5.0+ (Lollipop) and below

Open Settings from apps screen.

Tap on Applications.

Tap on Application Manager.
Note: For some devices, tap on Settings >> Application Manager.

Scroll right to left for accessing All option.

Search for Download Manager and then click on Enable.
