Screen brightness changes while using Application in Samsung Galaxy Note3(SM-N900)

During the execution of game or any application, the display brightness of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900) automatically gets reduced. You will not be able to adjust the brightness control as it is the part of design concept of Samsung Galaxy Note3. When the temperature of LCD surface is high, maximum brightness is automatically limited to protect device Overheating.

Moreover, If you try to adjust the brightness via Settings during the execution of any applicatioin , " To avoid overheating, maximum brightness has been reduced." popup will be displayed and it cannot be adjusted.
