Why does Auto redial function is not working properly in Samusung Smartphones?

Auto Redial functionality works on the basis of disconnect cause received from the network. The disconnect cause can have different values and auto redialing is performed for some specific values and not for others.

So if the outgoing calls ends and does not redial automatically, it means that, for the particular disconnect cause received from the network, auto redialing should not be performed.
