How to access Remote Management in Samsung SUHD 4K Curved Smart TV JS9000?

NOTE : You can use this feature to let Samsung Electronics diagnose your TV remotely when you need assistance with your TV. You will need to read and agree to the service agreement before using this feature.  

a). Press the MENU/123 button on your Smart Control Remote. 

b). Select MENU as shown below.

c). From the Menu screen, select Support.

d). Select Remote Management.

e). Select On to enable Remote Management.

f). Then, Select View Terms to read the Terms and Conditions.

NOTE : This function requires an Internet connection.

g). Scroll down to read and review the terms. When finished, select Close to proceed.

NOTE : If you disagree with the terms of Remote Management the service will not be available and the session will terminate

h). The system will try to Connect using your network server.

i). You will be provided with a PIN Code. Provide the PIN code to the service representative. This will allow one-on-one support offered by a Samsung Remote Support service technician to control your screen remotely.

NOTE : The TV will read out the Remote Management PIN until the RM agent connects to the TV.
