How to change the Picture Size in Series 6 4K UHD TV(KU6470)?

You can change the size of the picture displayed on the TV screen. 

Press Home Button on Samsung Smart Control → Settings → Picture → Picture Size → Select Picture Size → Zoom/Position → Select desired Configuration → Close

Pictorial representation to change the Picture Size in your TV is as follows: 

a). Press the Home Button on your Samsung Smart Control, to access the Home Screen. 

b). Using the Directional pad on your remote, navigate to and select Settings.

c). Select Picture.

d). Select Picture Size.

e). Select Picture Size to choose the picture aspect ratio that best fits your viewing needs.

f). In this case, for example, select Custom.

g). Select Zoom/Position.

h). Select your desired Configuration. In this case, for example, select Zoom Out to the left and right.

i). Once the desired Picture Size is chosen, select Close.
