How to Test Smart Hub Connections in Series 6 4K UHD TV(KU6470)?

The Connection Test diagnoses the problem by checking the Internet connection, your ISP, the Samsung server, and the Apps service.

Press the Home button on your Samsung Smart Control → Settings → Support → Self Diagnosis → Start Smart Hub Connection Test → Wait while your Smart Hub Connection is being verified → Close  

Pictorial representation to Test Smart Hub Connections in your TV is as follows:  

 

a). Press the Home Button on your Samsung Smart Control, to access the Home Screen.

b). Using the Directional pad on your remote, navigate to and select Settings.

 

.  

 

c). Select Support.

 

. 

 

d). Select Self Diagnosis.

 

. 

 

NOTE: In Self Diagnosis, you can also test for Picture and Sound issues.

 

e). Select Start Smart Hub Connection Test.

 

. 

 

f). Please wait while your Smart Hub Connection is being verified.

 

. 

 

g). Once your Smart Hub Connection has been verified, select Close.

 

.
