Samsung Finance
Samsung Finance is a program which allows you to own a new Samsung products with low monthly commitment. You can purchase Tablets, TV & AV, Home Appliances, Computing, Displays with instalment payment.

What are the tenure options available?
- • You can opt for a repayment instalment plan of 12 months up-to 48 months.
- • Student applicants can have repayment instalment plan up to 36 months.
- • Subject to approval from Chailease Berjaya Credit Sdn. Bhd. (“Chailease”)

Can I apply for multiple product(s) under this program?
Yes you may apply for multiple products under the Samsung Finance Program.

Who is eligible to sign up for this program?
- General customer:
- • Malysian citizen (working in Malaysia only)
- • Between the age of 18 to 65 years
- • Salaried employee
- • Working 6 months above with current employer
- • Net salary RM 1500 and above
- Students:
- • Malaysian citizen (studying in Malaysia only)
- • Between the age of 18-25 years
- General customer:

What are the eligibility and supporting documents required for the application?

General customers – Max limit up to RM50,000, Min amount of RM3,000 :-
- • A copy of Identity Card (front & back).
- • Latest payslip (one month only).
Students - Max limit up to RM4,000, Min amount of RM3,000 :-
- • A copy of Identity Card (front & back).
- • Physical Student Identity Card for student applicants.
- • Max limit to be increased up to RM6,000 upon providing addition documents (offer letter, semester fee paid receipt, semester result)

Will I need a guarantor or collateral for this program?
Guarantor or collateral is not required, unless otherwise stated

How long does it take to process the application?
Once submitted, your approval will be processed within 3 working days, however, you should be contacted by Chailease within 1 working day.

Is there any payment upon application of this program?
There will not be a payment when you submit the application. A processing fee of RM110 will be charged upon approval of Samsung Finance.

How do I make my monthly repayment?
You can make repayment in two (2) available options -
- • Auto-debit from your bank account; or
- • Pay manually via Chailease apps “JOMAUTO”, for more information, you may contact Chailease customer service officer at 03-7666 0888 or general@chailease.com.my.

What happens if I make payment after my due date?
It is advisable for you to make payment before/on due date. Late payment charges will be imposed if the payment is made after due date. Please contact Chailease customer service officer at 03-7666 0888 or general@chailease.com.my for more information.
Late payment charges = Accrued amount x 18% x days of accrued payment / 365 days

Can I make monthly payment via online banking?
Yes. The monthly payment can be made via online banking. You can obtain the details from Chailease apps “JOMAUTO” or you may contact Chailease customer service officer. Chailease customer service officer can be reached at 03-7666 0888 or general@chailease.com.my

Will my personal information be kept confidential?
Yes. Chailease shall strictly comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)

Will there be any rebate for early settlement?

Can I terminate my contract after signing up or during the contract period?

When will I get the device?

Where can I check my contract details?
Chailease will email you the contract upon approval of Samsung Finance. All the terms and conditions of the Program are stated in the contract.

What happens if my product got lost or stolen?
This program does not come with lost and stolen protection; hence you will need to continue paying until the end of the contract.
