Fully uninstall old appliance (including removal from the wall-mount, if any) and get ready for collection at the same time and date of the delivery of the newly purchased Samsung product

Find your new TV, appliance, or monitor on Samsung.com and select the Trade-Up option before adding it to the cart. Update the details of your old appliance, and an instant rebate will be applied to your new Samsung TV, appliance, or monitor at checkout.

What happens if my old product is not ready for collection?
Samsung/installer reserves the right to not collect/dispose your old appliance.
I have decided to return my new Samsung product for a refund. Can I get my old trade-up product back?
For eligible and successful return, you will be refunded the transaction value of the new Samsung product. The old appliance collected from you cannot be returned and you will not receive any further amount or value for the old appliance.
How much is my old product worth?
Your old appliance has zero value. The instant trade up discount is not a trade-in value for your old appliance but an incentive for you to upgrade your old appliance to the latest Samsung products.
Do I need to return the power cable and remote control?
It’s not a requirement to give the installer power cable or remote of the old appliance but we will dispose these if provided.
