My product was damaged during delivery. What can I do?

1. We advise our customer to inspect the parcel/product carefully for damage before acknowledging the acceptance note. If you noticed that your parcel/product is damaged, you may refuse to accept delivery. Upon your refusal to accept delivery, the parcel/product will be returned to Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Upon receipt, we will arrange for refund which may take up to 14 working days. You may place a new order with us again through Samsung online store.

2. If you have signed the acceptance note and the product is found to be damaged upon receipt, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. You have 7 working days (from the delivery date) to return the damaged product to us failing which, no return/refund/discount/compensation will be provided. Kindly refer to "What is the return policy" for further details.

3. Damaged product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories/parts. Kindly refer to "How do I return my order" for further details.
