My payment has been taken more than once. How do I get my money back?
Duplicate payment happens when more than one payment comprising the same amount is made for a single order.

The refund process for a duplicate payment may take 7-14 business days depending on your payment method and the financial institution involved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
