What is Find My Mobile?
Find My Mobile is a service that helps you find the location of your device. When you lose your device, such as a Samsung mobile phone, tablet or a wearable device, you can enable Find My Mobile to track your device and protect your data.
How does the Find My Mobile app work
With Find My Mobile you can locate mobile phones, tablets and wearable devices (Watch, Buds etc.) registered through Samsung accounts.
Even if you use multiple devices, you can find and check a list of registered devices when accessing your Samsung account on the Find My Mobile website.
Find My Mobile has features such as tracking lost devices, activating ringing sounds, auto-locking devices, deleting/backing up data to help you find your devices and protect your information. If there are more than two devices, you can also check them through the SmartThings Find app on other devices.
Please note: A data network (Internet connection such as Mobile data or Wi-Fi) is required to execute the function.
Devices that support the Find My Mobile app
- Samsung mobile phones, tablets and some wearable devices such as Watch, Buds etc (devices of other company cannot be supported).
Please note: The Find My Mobile setting on the device must be enabled. (Device settings > “Biometrics and Security” > “Find My Mobile”).
