You may arrange a callback request to our careline by submitting a online request. Our careline will attend to you shortly. Samsung product technicians repair products to the highest standards, they use original Samsung parts and guarantee the work they carry out. Whether your product is still under warranty or not, we can help. 


Make an appointment with our digital service, At Your Service to meet our friendly team members at a Samsung Service center and get help with discovering the latest products or to resolve an issue with your device.  

 

1 Sign in to your Samsung Account to make your call back request.

2 Click in "My Products" register your Samsung appliances.

3 After registered your appliances, click on "Support Request".

4 Key in all the details and click "Confirm". Kindly make sure your mobile number is key in correctly.

5 Email notification would be sent to you. Our Samsung Careline will conduct call back to you soon.

6 After appointment made, you can track your repair status in At Your Service too.
