Optimise how you use the dishwasher to suit your lifestyle. The SmartThings App* lets you remotely monitor and control it on a smartphone and download specialist programs. It also suggests courses based on how you cook, while helping you reduce energy use, manage consumables and resolve errors.

* Samsung SmartThings App supports Android OS 8.0 (Oreo) or later, which is optimised for Samsung smartphones. This App also supports iOS 13 or later for iPhone models. The SmartThings App is available in the App Store and Play Store. Available in certain languages, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Efficient energy use. Smart savings

SmartThings Energy

Monitor and reduce the dishwasher’s energy use. AI Energy mode* lets you check and reduce its power consumption. If the estimated monthly electricity bill exceeds a preset target, you can activate AI Energy mode and it intelligently uses up to 23% less energy with the 'Pots &Pans' program**.

* Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. The service is only available when cooking using a recipe in SmartThings Cooking and both the cooking appliance and dishwasher are registered with the same Samsung account. The available services and functions may differ by region and model, and are subject to change in accordance with software updates.
** Based on internal testing comparing the water temperatures and cycle times of the factory setting and AI Energy mode for the †Pots & Pans† program. Quiet, tranquil home

Extra Quiet

Minimise noise in your home. The dishwasher is smoother and quieter than ever before, thanks to it's Inverter motor. It also has an Extra Silence program that washes a little bit slower, but creates 2 decibels less noise than the ECO program*. The amount of noise it makes is even quieter than a library.

* Noise Level for the DW60BG7******* model. Extra Silence program: 40dB, ECO program: 42dB. Based on testing conducted in an internal laboratory.

Hygienic rinsing to remove bacteria

Hygiene Care

Rinse hygienically to remove certain germs and bacteria. A Hygiene Plus option* extends the final rinse and increases the water temperature to 70˚C. This enables deeper cleaning and kills off 99.999% of bacteria**. So your dishes, cutlery and utensils are always completely clean and safe to use.

* Not available with the Delicate, Express, Machine Care, Plastic and Baby Care programs.

Safeguards against hazardous water damage

Aqua Stop

Stay safe from unexpected water damage with the Aqua Stop safety function. It shuts off the water supply and the electrical connection to stop the operation of the dishwasher if it detects there is an issue. So it helps protect you from electrical shocks and potentially expensive water damage.
