How long will it take for me to receive a return/refund from the Samsung Online Store?

Return/Refund Process Timing:
- After submitting your return request, you will have an additional 7 days to ship out your return. If your return was not accepted, you will receive an e-mail with additional details

- After a return is delivered to our return warehouse, it can take up to 14 business days for our warehouse to review a returned item and initiate a refund. You can also check your order details in My Orders.

- Samsung will initiate your refund within 7 days of receiving and processing your return. For the order to be successful, the return must include all items including accessories and promotional items.

- Please note that, as the order items are processed separately, refunds may be made in more than one transaction to your original payment method. You may need to wait up to 14 business days for the refund(s) to be fully processed.

Refund Method and Timing:
- Once your refund request has been accepted and the returned item received and approved for refund, Samsung will return the funds to your original payment method.
- Banks may then take an additional 7 business days to process the initiated refund before it appears in your bank account.
