What is the Smart Tutor?

Smart Tutor is a tool provided by Samsung by which Smartphones can be remotely handled by the Technical Expert. Our Technical Experts can control your device remotely in order to fix technical issues and optimise your device's performance.

To connect to a tech expert, firstly you must make a phone call to the contact centre. 

Samsung Remote Support Service offers you one-on-one support with a Samsung Technician who can remotely: 

• Diagnose your Smartphone
• Customise the Smartphone setting for you (Picture, Sound, etc)    
• Backup & Restore your customised setting  
• Reset your Smartphone to the factory default 
• Install the latest firmware 

Smart Tutor Features

• Screen Share.
  Your mobile's screen will be shared to a tech expert with lowering the amount of data transferred.
• Control Remotely.
  Once connected, a tech expert will control your mobile remotely. Only to check and review a problem.
• Chat with.
  You can chat with the tech expert freely.
• Screen lock.
  Once you press the "Lock" button, the screen will be locked. A tech expert will not be able to view or conrtol the device.
• Application lock.
  This feature restricts a tech expert from accessing applications with custome's private information. Such as Gallery, Message, Emails ect. 

To set up Smart Tutor you will need to download the application Smart Tutor for SAMSUNG Galaxy from the Galaxy Store.
