Can I connect my 2011 Samsung QWERTY remote control to a 2012 Samsung Smart TV?

The RMC-QTD1 QWERTY remote control is not compatible with the 2012-2013 Samsung Smart TV range.

The compatible keyboard remote for the 2012 Smart TV is VG-KBD1000 model.

Generic USB plug and play keyboard and mice are compatible with 2012 model TV supporting the web browser.
