Can TV programs recorded using the TV's PVR function played on the computer?

When recording programs on your Samsung TV the program will be saved to the TV on a USB drive.
Due to copyright reasons, the content will be locked to the USB drive and you will not be able to then transfer this to watch on another device. (ie computer or laptop.)
The program will only be able to be played on the TV that the program was originally recorded on.
