Can I request for cancellation of my Premium Care?
You can cancel your purchase of Premium Care only through the self-service ‘Cancel Order’ button available in your Orders page. However, if your order has reached ‘Awaiting dispatch’ status and the ‘Cancel Order’ button has already been deactivated, cancellation on the website will no longer be possible. Cancellation and/or refund beyond this point will only be accommodated in cases of failed delivery of the air conditioning unit purchased with Premium Care, if such failure is through the fault of Samsung.
