How long will it take for the duplicate payment to be paid back to me?

The refund process for a duplicate payment may take 7 business days. After which, the refund will follow the standard lead times depending on the payment method.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) - 15 banking days (refund via check payment)
• Credit Card - 5 to 15 banking days (may vary per bank)
• Debit Card - within 45 banking days (may vary per bank)
• Mobile Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Maya) - 2 to 3 banking days
• 0%-interest installment plans up to 24 months via credit card (selected banks) - 10 to 15 banking days
