Are pick-up services available for my repair?

Pick-up services for repair are available from customer's residence nationwide. Pick-up & drop-offs are also available at our Samsung Experience Stores.

How to request a pick-up: Call #425299 to book a rider for pick-up (service available nationwide)

- Pick-up fee is free-of-charge for flagship devices. A fee of Php350 will be required for non-flagship devices.

- Upon repair completion, the device will be delivered to the customer's stated address
