How do I exchange or replace an item?
While we do not offer exchanges or replacements, you can return the item within 7 days if the unit is confirmed with technical or functional defect. Customer must have the product inspected and validated for return. For Mobile Phones and Tablets and small appliances, customer must bring the item to the Service Center (find locations and more information) here.
