We accept all brands and models of Android and Apple devices except for very old devices with an outdated OS (Operating System) version.

For Android: all devices with an Android OS version of “6.0 Marshmallow” and recent versions are eligible
For Apple: all Apple devices with an IOS version of “11.0” and recent versions are eligible.

Currently, our website does not accept trade-in of Wi-Fi only devices due to system limitation related to serial number validation.
