How do I handover my old TV to the courier upon delivery?

Upon delivery of your new Samsung TV, kindly ensure that your old TV is ready for collection at your door.

Note that our courier can only allocate a maximum waiting time of thirty (30) minutes for the assessment and collection of your old TV along with the delivery of your new Samsung TV, counted from the time when they arrived at your delivery address.
