How to easily register your Samsung product

Step 1. Open the web browser and go to At Your Service page then click on Sign in with your Samsung Account. If you do not already have a Samsung Account, check the page on How to Create a Samsung Account.

Step 2. Log into your Samsung Account.

Step 3. Click on NEW PRODUCT REGISTRATION.

Step 4. Type in the product details then click Verify. You can locate these details on your product here:  Find the Model Number and a serial number of your Samsung products.

Step 5. Register your Date of Purchase and attach your Proof of Purchase. Then click Submit.

Step 6. Once the product has been registered you will be able to view it within My Products.

Step 1. Tap on the Samsung Members app.

Step 2. Tap the Get Help tab. Tap Register.

Step 3. Select a registration method. There are several ways to register a Samsung product on your Samsung phone.

• Scan QR code: Scan the QR code on your product, select the product type, and then enter or scan the model number.
  
• Scan Wi-Fi: Scan Wi-Fi, tap on the product that you want to register, and then select the product type.
• Use barcode: Select the product type, scan the barcode, or manually enter the model/serial number on your product.

Step 4. Tap on the Product type.

Step 4. Add in your purchase date and proof of purchase, then select Continue.

Step 5. Once the product has been registered you will be able to view it within My Products.
