How to use Smart Remote control

You can control the TV by connecting the Samsung Smart Remote, and you can enjoy various apps and contents using the Smart Hub.

How to connect the smart remote control

 You can reconnect by pressing and holding both buttons on the remote control screen at the same time for 3 seconds.

Turning the TV on and off

1. Turn the TV on and off.
2. In the case of The Frame model, if you press briefly while watching TV, it changes to Art Mode, and if you press the button briefly in Art Mode, it enters the Media Home.
3. Press and hold the button to turn off the TV.

How to change channels

1. Move the channel button up or down to change the channel.
2. Press the Set/Number/Color button. When the virtual number window is displayed, enter the channel number, then press the OK button to change the channel.

Open the Guide

 Press the channel button to view the 'Guide'

Open Channel List

 Press and hold the channel button for more than 1 second to view the 'Channel List'.

How to adjust the volume

 Move the volume button up or down to adjust the volume.

How to turn off the sound

 Press the volume down button to turn off the sound.

Accessibility shortcuts

 Press and hold the volume button for more than 2 seconds to launch the 'Accessibility' function.

Open Smart Hub

 You can launch Home directly by pressing the Home button on the remote control.

Open Settings or Control Pad

1. Press the Settings/Number/Color button to select a number, color option key, or setting item.
2. Each time you press the up or down button on the remote control or press the settings/number/color button, the settings/virtual number window/color button and the options window appear alternately.

Open Multiview

If you press the multi-view button, you can select the desired content and watch it at the same time.

Turn on voice recognition

Press and hold the voice recognition button, say the desired command, and release the button. Then the TV will recognize the command and execute the function.

Turn on the game bar

Press and hold play/pause in game mode to launch the game bar.. The Game Bar function may not be supported depending on the model.
