How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, you can contact us in any of the following ways:
• Samsung Customer Service team at 0800-SAMSUNG (7267864),
• email at estore.pk@samsung.com,
• use our live chat available on the page from 10am - 10pm (Sundays off).

Note: You cannot cancel your order, once order has been prepared for shipping. Order can be cancelled before it is shipped.
