[Galaxy S3] Cannot unlock with pattern lock even google account is entered

If the pattern lock is forgotten, it can be unlocked by entering  the Google account when reaching the limit of trying to unlock using the pattern.

Note :

If you fail to draw the correct unlock pattern on the screen after five attempts, you will be prompted to wait for 30 seconds before you  can try again.

You should input account ID and password only but  do not use the full Google portal address ending with @googlemail.com, or  @gmail.com.
