encourage them to dispose of unwanted electronics to have
greener environment.

Through this program, you hand over your used device(s) or electronics to Samsung KSA Authorized Service Centers around KSA. As you join the recycling journey and be part of saving the environment, you redeem a gift voucher which can be utilized for a new phone purchased from Samsung KSA online store.



How you start the Recycling Journey

Step 1: Collect your old or unused electronics from Samsung or any brand
Step 2: Remove any existing data on the device (phone)
Step 3: Hand over the electronic(s) or device to Samsung Authorized Warranty Service Centers.
Step 4: San and fill the Recycling form with Terms and Conditions.
Step 5: Drop your device(s) in the recycling box.
Step 6: Wait for the device(s) or electronics to be analyzed by the service provider and get a call back to redeem your gift voucher.

Step2-Select “Delivery, Collection & Recycling “
Step3-Prepare your device or appliance according to the requirements below and get ready for the device pick up.

Terms and Conditions of the Recycling Program
1. The Samsung recycling program (the “Recycling Program”) is available to customers (“Customer(s)”)
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Customer shall be able to participate in the Recycling Program by completing the recycling form
provided to customers (“Customer(s)”) to fill
3. Customer shall be able to participate in the Recycling Program upon selecting Collection
Request at the time of purchase in Samsung E-Store (“Samsung.com/sa”).
a) Eligible products for collection are TVs, Monitors, Refrigerators, and Washing machines
of any brands, however, it should be of the same product category of the item that was
purchased in E-Store.
※ If the collection product is not equivalent to the same product category of the item
which was purchased, collection will be denied by the courier.
b) The collection product can be provided by the customer at any condition or state,
as long as he/she wants the product to be scrapped for recycling.
※ Collection unit cannot exceed more than one.
4. In order to participate in the Recycling Program, the customer must present his/her ID issued by the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Samsung Authorized Service Center and complete the Recycling Program
Request from.
5. Any Personal Data available on the device (Smart TV), must be cleared by the
customer prior to handling it over to Courier
6. The customer must be at the majority age under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia; and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
7. The customer must include the list of device / devices (the “Device(s)”) submitted for the
Recycling Program along with the following details; brand, model number or serial number.
8. Any Personal data available on the device must be cleared by the customer prior to handling
it over to the Samsung authorized service centers and Samsung Experience Shops
9. Customer shall remove any Sim Card or memory cards including personal data from the
Device(s) subject to the Recycling Program.
10. Samsung will submit the device(s) for recycling through the approval recycling company and
neither the device(s) nor any spare parts will be reused again.
11. Samsung and its partner(s) shall not accept liability for loss of any content, data or any other
information contained in the device.
12. Customer is aware of the loss of all data on content on the Device(s) including but not
limited to contact numbers stored and pictures.
13. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law,
to terminate or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14. Samsung Shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind
suffered in connection with the Recycling Program.
15. By participating in this Recycling Program, the customer accepts that any dispute of
whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions,
will be subject to, governed, and construed by the laws and regulations of the country
where the customer is resident and such disputes in relation to these Terms and Conditions
shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
