I am not receiving notifications from devices registered on the SmartThings app

If you are not receiving device notifications, please read on:

Check your smartphone’s data connection status (Wi-Fi, LTE).

Check the connection between the device you wish to control and your Wi-Fi AP.

Check the notification settings:
Tap “More” on the SmartThings main screen > Notifications > More > Turn notifications on in settings.
Check notification settings for the device(s) you wish to receive notifications from.
Please note: Notifications are not provided for devices connected by Bluetooth.
