Forgot My PIN or Fingerprint for Blockchain Keystore

If you forget your PIN/fingerprint, you cannot reset it as Samsung Blockchain Keystore does not support this feature. When you enter an incorrect PIN/fingerprint 5 times in a row, you are blocked from logging into your account and must wait for a few minutes to try again. After a certain amount of login fails, all data from the Samsung Blockchain Keystore is deleted.

To restore the existing wallet:

1 Go to “Samsung Blockchain Wallet”.
2 Select “Link”.
3 Select “Register new PIN and fingerprint (optional)”.
4 Enter the recovery phrase of the Samsung Blockchain Wallet.
