Type of cleaning modes for Samsung POWERbot Robot
Four cleaning modes are available while using your POWERbot: Auto clean, Spot clean, Repeat clean, and Manual clean.
Please note: Emergency switch on the bottom of the unit must be switched on before using POWERbot
To select this mode, press and release the Auto Clean button (left image) on the remote or the POWERbot. To stop cleaning, press and release the button again.
The display panel will show the respective icon (centre and right images) as shown below.
With the Auto Clean mode selected, Samsung POWERbot Robot will automatically cleans the set areas only once.
Please note:
• If cleaning in Auto clean mode is completed within 15 minutes, POWERbot cleans 1 more time
• If Auto clean or Repeat clean is selected, the POWERbot cleans the area near the docking station first
To select this mode, press the Spot Clean button (left image) on the POWERbot. You can also select it by pressing the Spot button on the remote.
The display panel will show the respective icon (centre and right images) as shown below.
With the Spot Clean mode selected, Samsung POWERbot Robot will clean a localized area intensely. It can be used to clean bread or cookie crumbs.
With the Manual Clean mode selected, the display panel will show the respective icon as shown below.
You can move POWERbot with the remote control to clean the desired spot using the direction control buttons.
Please note:
• This function is not applicable to SR10M701*** series
• Moving backward is not available
To select this mode, press the Repeat button on the remote, follow by pressing the Auto Clean button on the remote or the POWERbot to start the cleaning program.
The display panel will show the respective icon as shown below.
With the Repeat Clean mode selected, Samsung POWERbot Robot will clean repeatedly until the battery is depleted.
Please note:
• This function is not applicable to SR10M701*** series
• To deactivate Repeat clean mode, press the Repeat button on the remote
• Smart Clean - When the POWERbot detects acarpet in normal mode, it willautomatically operate withstronger suction power
• Edge Clean Master - When the POWERbot detects anedge or corner in Auto clean orSpot clean, the auto shutter tooloperates and approaches theedge or corner section to clean
