How to register and use Samsung Art Store coupons on The Frame TV

Art Mode lets you transform your Samsung The Frame TV into a beautiful work of art using digital versions of paintings, photographs, and other works in the Samsung Art Store. If you have a Samsung Art Store membership, you can redeem and apply Art Store coupons. The instructions in this guide will walk you through managing your Art Store coupons. For information about subscribing to the Art Store, please see our subscription guide instead.

To use Art Store coupons, you must first sign up for an Art Store membership and register your payment card. When you finish using the Art Store coupon, the amount corresponding to the selected membership will be automatically charged to the registered card.

1 From the TV’s Home screen, select Art on the left sidebar, and then select Membership in the My Art Store section.

2 Select your desired plan. You can choose Monthly Plan or Annual Plan.

3 Using your phone, scan the provided QR code. You can also visit the provided website instead.

Note: If you choose to use the website, you will need to enter an authorization code.

4 Tap Add Credit/Debit Card and then enter your card information.

5 If you have a coupon code, tap Add coupon to enter the coupon code.

Note: After signing up for a membership, you can also register your coupon using the TV’s menu.

6 Tap Pay Now.

7 Next, log into your Samsung Account.

8 Create a new payment PIN. You’ll then see a “Payment Complete” screen.

Notes:

  • If your payment fails or a duplicate payment occurs, please refer to the “Troubleshooting” section below.

Notes:

  • Even if you register a coupon on your TV, you must sign up for a membership and register your card information to use the coupon.
  • You can redeem only one coupon at a time.
  • If you have another coupon, you may use it during the last month of your free trial.

The following steps will help you redeem an Art Store coupon on your TV.

1 From the TV’s Home screen, select Art on the left sidebar, and then select Payment Info in the My Art Store section.

2 Select Promotional Codes, and then enter the coupon code.

3 Select Redeem to register the coupon.

4 A pop-up will appear to let you know the coupon redemption was successful; select OK.

5 Next, select Apply on the Samsung Checkout screen to apply the coupon.

Note: If you do not have a membership, you may receive a message stating that the coupon does not exist after selecting Apply. Please redeem the coupon after registering for a membership.

6 You can refer to your current plan on the Membership page if needed.

The following steps will help you redeem an Art Store coupon on the Samsung website.

1 Using a web browser, navigate to Samsung Checkout and then log in using your Samsung Account credentials.

If you received the coupon offer from the Samsung Promotion app, you will need to install the app on your TV before signing up for an Art Store membership. The following steps will help you register and use an Art Store coupon.

Note: Coupon availability is subject to promotions in effect at the time of purchase and may vary.

1 From the TV’s Home screen, navigate to and select Apps. Select the Samsung Promotion app.

Note: Select the Search icon on the left side of the screen to search for the Samsung Promotion app if needed.

2 Select Install to install the app.

3 Next, open the Samsung Promotion app.
4 Select Get it Now on the promotion banner screen, and then select Confirm.

6 You will be prompted to open the Art Store; select Open App.

7 Next, select the membership that matches the promotion. If the promotion is monthly, select Monthly Plan; if the promotion is annual, select Annual Plan.

10 Tap the coupon drop-down menu and choose your coupon.

11 Next, log into your Samsung Account.

Membership issues

The Art Store does not work. When trying to register, I receive a message that says “You have already registered”.

  1. Log out of your Samsung Account and then unplug your TV for 2 minutes.

  2. Plug in your TV, and then log into your Samsung Account.

  3. Then, check if the Art Store is working. If you continue to experience issues, please contact frame.cs@samsung.com.

I would like to refund my purchase.

  • Please send the logged-in Samsung Account ID, the reason for the membership refund, and the purchase receipt to frame.cs@samsung.com.

Payment history

Where can I check my payment history on a 2017-2023 TV model?

  1. Navigate to your Samsung Account by opening Settings, then selecting General, then selecting System Manager, and then selecting Samsung Account.

  2. Sign into your Samsung Account.

  3. Select My Account, and then select Payment Info.

  4. Next, select the following option depending on your TV model:
  • For 2017 - 2018 models, select Purchase History.
  • For 2019 - 2023 models, select Subscriptions.

Where can I check my payment history on a 2024 TV model?

  1. Select your Samsung Account on the left side of the screen, then select Edit (the pencil icon), and then select My Account.

  2. Select Purchase History.

Where can I check my payment history on the Samsung website?

  1. Navigate to Samsung Checkout, and then sign into your Samsung Account.

  2. Select the Subscriptions tab in the Purchase History menu.

Payment errors

My payment is not working.

  • Please send the logged-in Samsung Account ID, detailed symptoms, error screens, and error messages to checkout.cs@samsung.com.

I was charged twice.

Credit card issues

I failed to register my credit card.

How can I change the credit card for my existing subscription?

  1. Navigate to your Samsung Account by opening Settings, then selecting General, then selecting System Manager, and then selecting Samsung Account.

  2. Sign into your Samsung Account.

  3. Select My Account, and then select Payment Info.

  4. Select Subscriptions, and then select the subscription you’d like to change. Change the credit card information as desired.

  5. Alternatively, navigate to Samsung Checkout, and then sign into your Samsung Account.

  6. Select the Subscriptions tab in the Purchase History menu.

  7. Select the subscription you’d like to change, and then select Change payment card.

Account issues

How can I recover my Samsung Account ID or password?

I’d like to change my Samsung Account password or delete my Samsung Account.

  • If you’d like to change your Samsung Account password, you can reset it using the Samsung Account website. You can also delete your account if desired.
