your new TV
Collection: When we deliver your new TV, we will collect your old TV with it’s accessories * at the same time for an evaluation.
* Accessories include: Remote, Power Cable and TV stand/legs.
Step 3
Upon successful evaluation, you will receive communication on how to receive your guaranteed cash-back.

How do I return my old Samsung TV?We will collect your old TV when we deliver your new eligible Samsung TV. Please have your old TV fully uninstalled, dismounted and ready for collection. You are not required to package the old TV.

What condition does my TV have to be in?Your old TV will need be in good working condition and include the following:
Accessories (TV Stand, legs etc.)

What happens if the old TV is still installed?The Trade-in TV should be off the wall/un-installed and ready for collection. The signature Service team will be able to assist with un-installation, with the added cost

I have decided to return my new TV for a refund. Can I get my old trade-up TV back?The onus is on the customer to check the TV in store to see that they are happy with purchase and its fit for desired purpose, as warranty is not transferable nor does it cater for buyers remorse. Samsung will not be able to return units if customers decide they are unhappy with spec, clarity, size.
