Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by following one of these simple steps
1. log a cancellation request online by logging onto your Samsung Account,
2. contact our Customer Service (☎0860-07267864),
3. email us at zaestore@samsung.com, or
4. chat via our chatbot on the website.

You may cancel an order online while the order cancel button is available (up until it is sent for packing) - if packed already, log a return once the order is delivered.
