Can I return my product?

If you bought your item from Samsung Online Store, then yes, you can return your product(s) - simply log return request online by logging onto your Samsung Account, contact our Customer Service (☎0860-07267864), email us at zaestore@samsung.com, or chat via our chatbot on the website.

You can return your product(s) unopened within 14-days of delivery - all products returned must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, chargers, cables, etc.).
If a purchased product was accompanied by a gift-with-purchase (GWP), bonus or free item, product-with-purchase (PWP) or promotional bundled product (in each case, a “Promotional Product”) and the original purchased product was returned or exchanged, customer shall also return the Promotional Product.
If the Promotional Product is not returned, then Samsung has the right to deduct the value of that Promotional Product or the amount of savings provided for the Promotional Product, as the case may be, from the purchase price paid by the customer for the original product.
