"Reserved Status" refers to Rewards that have been issued but are not yet active (redeemable). These can also be referred to as Pending Rewards. In most cases this is the result of timing. Points become active only after a purchase confirmation has been received from the customer. (Purchase confirmation: Your purchase will complete 14 days after you’ve received your product.)
