As of 17 October 2023 Points earned will expire 36months after they are earned ("the Validity Period"). Points not redeemed during the Validity Period will expire automatically and be forfeited by the Participant.

For Points earned prior to 17 October 2023, these Points will expire 24 (twenty four) months after they are earned ("the Second Validity Period"). Points not redeemed during the Second Validity Period will expire automatically and be forfeited by the Participant.

When you redeem your points, we deduct the oldest points from your account first in order to ensure you have the full period to use all your earned points.
