How to resolve a no power issue on your Samsung washing machine

Step 1.  Make sure the power cord is plugged correctly. To confirm the power outlet is working, plug a different device.

Step 2. Make sure the washing machine is not plugged into a surge protector. Do not have any other devices on the same circuit as the washer and dryer.

Step 3. Check the main breaker board of your home, which will be full of circuit breakers that are labeled. Look for the breaker box that's labeled with your washer and dryer.

Step 4. Check if the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, visit our Support Center to request for service.
