[Cause]
If the ice cubes have not been used for a long period of time, the cubes melt into each other during the defrost cycles and stick together.
[Solution]
If the ice cubes have not been used for a long period of time
1
pull out ice bucket from freezer, before using ice dispensing
2
shake the ice bucket carefully and make ice separate from each other
3
Discard the remained ice which, stuck together
4
put ice bucket back
