How Do I set up special access app settings(Nougat)?

This function is available on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
1. From the home screen, choose Apps
2. Choose Settings
3. Choose Applications
4. Choose More
5. Choose Special access
6. Choose which access you would like for each application
