i want to make a screen shot of an image on my galaxy watch screen

Swipe right on the screen while pressing the Home key to capture the screen.  

You can view captured images in the Galaxy Watch “Gallery” app.

Please note that it is not possible to capture a screenshot while using some apps and features.
